No, this is not a made up word…it’s a raison d’etre especially when it comes to style goals.
My goal is to match my outfit to my mood more than my belt to my shoes.

A Chocolate Fudge Cake
that checks off all the boxes:
Vegan ☑️
Keto friendly ☑️
Paleo friendly ☑️
Gluten free ☑️
Low fat ☑️
Low calorie ☑️
Healthy ☑️
And best of all…. It’s only 2 ingredients!!!!
Roast about 2 cups or l medium Butternut Squash until soft
Let cool and purée in food processor or blender.
Melt 1 cup dark or semisweet chocolate.
Add to squash and blend well.
Pour into a parchment lined springform pan or 8x8 square pan.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set.
Slice and devour!
