The wedding invitation said “dress as formal as you wish…I’ll be wearing a white wedding gown.” This was the email response we received from our niece who wedded the love of her life last weekend in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. Since I had just worn Black dresses to the two weddings that we had just attended, I made the decision to go in a color to this one. I happened to have scored this wonderful dress during the recent Benaar LA sale. I paid $165.00 for it!
The gold leaf sandals and long gold leaf earrings were a lucky coincidence. The pleated gathers of this dress with the racerback neckline, and gold leaf accessories, gives a full on Grecian vibe.
