Easy to prepare and a guaranteed hit at your next gathering, even if it’s only you! These bites are low carb, melt in your mouth, high protein goodies.
Ingredients:
FOR THE SALMON:
- 1 1/2 pounds of salmon
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 1/2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
FOR THE DRIZZLE:
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- pinch salt
- pinch red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
Directions:
Preheat the pven to 425° F
Add the salmon to a bowl and toss with the oilve oil and add the paprika, salt and oregano. Toss to coat.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with olive oil. Add heaping tablespoons of Parmesan cheese ti the baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.
Tioop each spoonfil with a salmon cube.
Roast in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
Cool the salmon and top with the drizzle.
