Ingredients:
Flour or corn tortillas: cut in half and folded into a cone, sealed with a toothpick
Guacamole:
- 2 large avocados
- 1/2 red onnion, chopped
- 1 small red tomato, chopped
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Juice 1/2 lime
- pinch of sea salt
- Feta or goat cheese, crumbled for topping (optional)
Bake the tortilla cones on a parchment lined baking sheet at 350°F for about 8-10 minutes
Mix all ingredients for the guacamole. Scoop into the baked cones and top with cheese, if using.
Store cones in an airtight container in fridge until ready to use.
