Guacamole Tortilla Cones

You will love this easy and healthy recipe. It is going to be a staple in our house!

Ingredients:

Flour or corn tortillas: cut in half and folded into a cone, sealed with a toothpick

Guacamole:

  • 2 large avocados
  • 1/2 red onnion, chopped
  • 1 small red tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Juice 1/2 lime
  • pinch of sea salt
  • Feta or goat cheese, crumbled for topping (optional)

Bake the tortilla cones on a parchment lined baking sheet at 350°F for about 8-10 minutes

Mix all ingredients for the guacamole. Scoop into the baked cones and top with cheese, if using.

Store cones in an airtight container in fridge until ready to use.
