Yes you read that correctly. A bread that is made entirely from cottage cheese, that is so good, you will be makig it again and again. You can enjoy it plain as a snack, or make a meal out of it by topping with your favorite veggies. Don’t forget that you are getting a lot of protein from the cottage cheese, so top away!
I like to use regular organic cottage cheese, spread evenly onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Top it with Everything But The Bagel seasoning and bake at 350° F for 40-45 minutes, checking on it from time to time. Remove from the oven and let cool, then break into pieces and devour!
