Aside from my chocolate chip cookies, this recipe for BBQ beef ribs is my second most requested recipe. The secret? Bake the ribs first, then place them on the BBQ for only a few minutes!
Ingredients:
Long beef ribs
BBQ sauce of your choice: our favorite is Sweet Baby Ray’s
Directions:
1. Generously brush sauce on each rib and place in a roasting pan lined with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours turning occasionally.
2. Place on the barbecue with the flame turned high for one to two minutes turning constantly.
3. Remove and place on a platter, brush with more sauce, serve and enjoy.
