A white jacket is truly season-less. Whether you call it winter white or simply white, you can wear it all year long in different fabrics, depending on the season. I would choose to wear this jacket designed by the Israeli Mors Fashion here in Los Angeles or Tel Aviv, just as much as I would wear in it in my native Canada or on the East coast. White is timeless, and if you think otherwise then I am here to dispel the myth. In winter I love to style it over a darker pant in order to really make the point.
I have had these burgundy leather jeans for a few years. Leather jeans, although pricey, are an investment piece as they stand the test of time. Of course dry-cleaning leather is costly, so I am extremely careful about eating while wearing leather, although I know some of my friends are a little more carefree. I always tend to leave remnants of my meal on my clothes, so when I wear these I am extremely careful.
I purchased this Cabi blouse from their fall collection and it really pulls the look together with its splashes of white and burgundy. And of course, the gold accessories, starting with the Gucci belt and ending with the layered necklaces, complete the outfit.
I would be remiss if I neglected to mention that the Sydney Evans eye necklace and earrings and vintage Roberto Coin necklace were purchased by my parents at The Fine Jewelry Bar in Palm Desert as part of my sixtieth birthday gift. The owner of that store Ryan Ryan also redesigned my wedding bands for my 30th birthday. I guess it is safe to say that my milestone jewelry comes from this fabulous store!
