Chanel Dress, Stuart Weitzman Sandals, Oliver People’s Sunglasses, Gucci Crossbody Handbag, Anne Sisteron Pearl Bracelet, Vintage YSL Cuff.
Everybody likes a deal. I am a serious deal hunter and am always holding out until sale time. Towards the end of last summer, I wandered into a back room at Saks Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills and discovered two racks of Chanel clothes that were ready to be shipped out to the next store. I asked if I could try a couple of things on, since Chanel on sale is way better than not! Lucky me! I scored this fabulous knit dress that I have since worn several times to dinner especially when traveling. Since it is a knit, it doesn’t crease, which makes it the perfect travel companion!
Now let’s move on to the shoes. I will stand by my Stuart Weitzman as providers of great comfort, style, and color range. Who isn’t looking for an ivory shoe? When I spotted these, I knew they were meant to be mine. They are classic, comfortable and as always, affordable… especially when they are marked down.
My sister, Janet, who shot these photos while we were in Lake Tahoe a few months ago, dared me to walk in the water in my Chanel. As a true sister, I took her dare and splashed along the shoreline in my Chanel, and the entire experience became “Ivory At The Coast!”
What an incredible dress and overall outfit, Lesley!! Of course it’s even better that you’re not all prissy about it, and you did have fun in the water!!
XOXO
