Black serves as the backdrop for many-a-hue, but when it comes to gold, there is no combo richer or more classic. The black blazer with gold buttons has always been Balmain’s signature look, and they feature it every season. This one is by J Brand, but you can pair it with whatever luxe black jean that you have in your closet. In keeping with the gold detailing, complete the look with a gold buckle belt and an interesting shoe or boot with gold detailing. These brocade booties are entirely fabulous, and even more so since they were reduced during the final Saks sale. Chanel’s Gabrielle bag is my most favorite and versatile bag.
