This Wednesday, December 2nd, from 6:00 PM-8:00 PM, we are celebrating the second anniversary of the blog at Scoop NYC in Brentwood. I am very excited for a number of reasons. Firstly, I happen to love this store. It is very well curated for both men and women, and features clothing that goes from office to weekend to cocktails. In short, you will find something for every aspect of your life no matter how casual or dressy. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They truly go the distance to locate something that you have your heart set on even if it means having it sent from one of their many stores located throughout the country. Since we all like a deal, Scoop is discounting every item in the store. Who wouldn’t want to get a Chloe bag at 20% off?… just sayin’!
The part of this celebration that I am also thrilled about is that Scoop is also donating a generous portion of the sales to Can Do Multiple Sclerosis. I first became aware of this organization when a dear friend of mine, who suffers from the disease, informed me that Can Do MS has done so much to assist her and so many others who live with Multiple Sclerosis. I do hope that you will come out to celebrate with us and know that your shopping efforts benefit others; if you are purchasing a holiday gift that night, you are gifting twice!
I am also bringing an assortment of pastries that I have featured on the blog, such as my Low Fat Chocolate Chip Cookies, Gluten-Free Devils, Night Muffins, and Chocolate Bark. This week’s recipe is for a hearty and healthy carrot loaf that I will also be bringing to the party!
This week I have put together a collage of outfits that I have worn on the blog that happen to come from Scoop. As I was looking through the FabuLesley archives, I was amazed at the number of outfits or pieces that I have from this fabulous store. Here is my round-up.
Looking forward to seeing you there!!!
